1. Eligibility
To participate in the Programme, you must:

- Have access to a non-custodial crypto wallet (e.g., MetaMask, Trust Wallet)
- Not reside in any sanctioned countries or regions where participation in crypto-related promotions is restricted or prohibited
- Comply fully with any identity or wallet verification if required
Participation is void where prohibited by law.
2. Programme Registration
Participants may register a swap by completing the actions listed on the Programme page, which may include:
- Signing up through a verified link
- Depositing desired amount of crypto
- Referring friends
3. WLFI Allocation
Qualifying submissions receive WLFI token allocations as described in the Programme details.
- Tokens are distributed directly to the registered WLFI wallet after eligibility checks are complete.
- Processing is typically prompt; however, distribution may take longer where operational, compliance, or market conditions require.
- WLFI token value fluctuates with market conditions.
- Participants are responsible for taxes, fees, and local reporting obligations.
We reserve the right to substitute prizes or adjust distribution in the event of technical, regulatory, or supply issues.
4. Token Disclaimer
WLFI (World Liberty Financial) is a cryptocurrency token and is not legal tender, investment advice, or a security.
- Participation in the Programme does not grant ownership or governance rights in WLFI.
- Tokens awarded may increase or decrease in value
- We do not control the WLFI token itself or guarantee any future performance
Participants accept all risk related to crypto asset volatility.
5. Anti-Fraud & Disqualification
We reserve the right to disqualify any participant who:
- Submits false or duplicate entries
- Uses bots, automation, or spam tactics
- Attempts to manipulate or exploit the Programme
- Fails identity or wallet verification
We may also limit or block wallet addresses associated with suspicious or high-risk activity.
6. Right to Modify or Cancel
We reserve the right to:
- Amend these Terms and Conditions at any time
- Modify, suspend, or cancel the Programme (partially or in full)
- Change prize amounts, entry conditions, or eligibility rules
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate changes through the campaign page or via email (if provided).
7. Privacy
By participating in the Programme, you agree that we may collect limited information (such as email, wallet address, IP address) to:
- Verify eligibility
- Deliver WLFI allocations
- Prevent fraud and abuse

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for:
- Lost, delayed, or misdirected entries
- Crypto wallet errors, blockchain network failures, or gas fees
- Fluctuations in the value of WLFI tokens
- Legal or tax consequences in your jurisdiction
Participants agree to hold harmless WLF Token, its affiliates, and campaign partners from any liability.
